Dave Green - Bass
Dave Green was 25 years old in 1968 when, at the request of recording artist Jerry Butler, he began playing the electric bass guitar. Within a week he played his first concert, then toured for several years with Butler and many of the top R&B artists and groups of that time.
About 15 years ago a performance with master singer and pianist Eddie Piccard brought a job offer. Dave joined the trio and began to fill his lifelong desire to study and play jazz. In keeping with jazz tradition, he switched from electric to acoustic bass.
Dave's greatest desire is that his music and life will share his love for Jesus Christ.
